Amazing texture and freshness. The finish is minerally and balanced, negs for another sip. The length is incredible with flavour lasting forever.
A late harvest (no botrytis) off-dry wine. Au Capceu is one of the best off-dry French wines out there and we believe Jean Marc Grussaute is truly a magician. This wine easily compares to some of the best Sauternes and other sweet wine produced in the world. Au Capceu means âthe top of the hillâ, and refers to a single vineyard the grown in. After pressing, the wine spends three days on skins, before being aged for eight months on lees in barrel and foudre (5% new oak).
