At Flask Fine Wine & Whisky, we strive for excellence in every bottle, but we understand that issues may occasionally arise with your order. Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, returns are generally restricted to items that are damaged during transit or suffer from verifiable quality defects.
Return Process

Notify us of any issues within 48 hours of delivery by emailing our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the concern.
- 2.Provide Verification
Attach clear photographs of the damaged bottle, the original packaging, and the cork or seal to help our specialists assess the claim.
- 3.Secure the Product
If a return is authorized, please keep the remaining contents of the bottle and all original packaging materials for return shipment or inspection.
- 4.Resolution Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a replacement bottle of the same vintage or provide a full refund to your original payment method.
