Medley using the same recipe and techniques that have been handed directly and unchanged through eight generations of the Wathen and Medley families. The two families combined their unwavering commitment to quality with the conditions and ingredients of the region to produce Kentucky's finest straight bourbon whiskey. Chosen blind by the family, from barrels aged between 6 and 9 years, the distinctive Medley mash bill of high-corn, high-barley, and low-rye packs rich baking spice, maturity and complexity, and a clean, dry finish into every glass; 250 years of bourbon-making tradition can be tasted in every bottle. This single barrel bourbon clocks in at 47% ABV, making it dangerously easy to mix with and just as tempting to sip straight.

Straight bourbon whiskey produced by Charles Medley Distillery. Distilled at a non-disclosed distillery in Kentucky. Traditional family mash bill of 77% corn, 13% malted barley, and 10% rye. Aged a minimum of 6 years in toasted, char level 3 barrels from Independent Stave Company. Aromas of red apple skin, clove, mint, and brown sugar on the nose transition to a bombastic palate of burnt peanut, roasted corn, cantaloupe, and allspice with cacao, green papaya, jasmine tea on a peppery finish. Non-chill filtered; 47% ABV.
