Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto Liqueur

Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto Liqueur

Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto is a blend of bergamot peel, Cedro lemons, chamomile, lavender, gentian, yellow roses and Melissa balm. An aromatic and lightly spicy liqueur which balances honeyed sweetness with rooty bitterness.

Rosolio is a type of Italian cordial made from spirits and sugar. Italicus is the first modern Rosolio and has since its launch in 2016 become a staple in back bars around the globe. This particular liqueur is based around the zestinesss of bergamot, which you'll recognise if you like Earl Grey tea!

With sweet, sherbety citrus, Italicus is incredibly versatile - use it in a Corpse Reviver #2 instead of Triple Sec (or have a look at our version " Highgate Cemetery" cocktail), pour over lemon sorbet and top with Prosecco for a summery treat, or just enjoy neat on the rocks, this product is sure to please the most discerning of drinkers.
