Very precise and unctuous in the mouth, with plenty of shine, notes of flint, incisive, firm, wide and defined. Great Encruzado.
Fermentation in French oak barrels and native oak barrels, with indigenous yeasts and controlled temperature. Aged for 14 months in the same barrels.
